How to obtain a VISA for your girlfriend from CIS state:

I. Preparation by the man. He must present the following papers at the responsible foreign authority: - To proof he has enough living space - To proof he has sufficient income - His identity card - An Incoming of foreign countries health insurance for the woman - The exact address data, passport number and DOB of the woman Thereby he receives an official document from the foreign authority. In Germany this document is called: Verpflichtungserklärung. This document and the health insurance policy have to be sending to the ladies address by registered letter or with DHL express service (50 euro). A briefly calm covering letter forwarded to the Embassy helps. To confirm by the inviting person (man) that he can take care of all costs (if needed) incl. the traveling expenses of the woman and to ensure that the woman properly will return after her visit to Germany. II. In the consular department of the German Embassy. The woman has to get an appointment and it will come to an interview (questioning). Important! Deliver no wrong data; tell no unbelievable stuff, for example: The woman indicates that she is studying German; however, she is not able to speak any fluent sentence in German so the visa is thereby already rejected. Two all-important questions often were given during the interview: Where do you know this man from and how long? Did they see this man already once real, did he already visit you? To prevent the refusal of a visiting-visa, consider the following. - A visa for visit should be applied no longer as that normal people can have a vacation. Who has a 2-month vacation? Nobody! - Women’s Russian workbook and a document stamped and signed by her boss that she is officially on vacation. This is an advantage to obtain a visa. Without basic knowledge of the German language, no marriage-visa or visa for family-reunification will be issued. If the woman has got a child and want together with her child live outside her native country, than the bodily father has to got to agree the move e.g. to Germany. The inviting person (man) has also to invite woman’s child by family-reunification visa. Children, 15 years or older, do not get any visa to stay in Germany or Europe permanently because they are too old for integration and for school in Germany / Europe. As a foreign child without e.g. German language and no e.g. German school education, it would have no chance in e.g. Germany to have a good future. If the inviting person (man) does not have enough income, or he is a receiver of social-money support, there is no chance to get marriage visa, because he himself cannot provide for the woman.
